Junior Automation Engineer

Our client is urgently looking for an Junior Automation Engineer who will develops and executes automated test scripts under supervision while contributing to regression automation and CI pipeline integration. Also supports manual testing activities to ensure functional accuracy and overall product quality.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Employment Type: Contract / Project‑based

Contract Duration:May 2026 – January 2028

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and execute automated test scripts
• Maintain automation scripts and fix broken tests
• Support data-driven and regression testing automation
• Assist in CI/CD pipeline integration
• Document automation test results
• Execute manual test cases for functional and regression testing
• Support defect logging, validation, and basic test documentation

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Selenium or other automation tools
• Familiarity with Java/Python/JavaScript
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile process
• Basic understanding of API testing
• Exposure to manual testing concepts and test case execution
