Role Description The Junior Associate Counsel will work on-site in Parañaque in a full-time capacity, supporting partners and senior associates in handling client matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents, and assisting in the preparation of case files and legal opinions. The role involves attending and supoortiny client meetings and court and administrative hearings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and documentation. The Junior Associate Counsel will also help maintain accurate records, monitor case deadlines, and contribute to internal knowledge management and practice development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and other legal documents with attention to detail and clarity.
- Effective communication and client service skills, including the ability to explain legal concepts in accessible language.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple matters, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate case files.
- Adaptability and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate with senior lawyers and staff and to learn new practice areas.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. or J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission.
- Proficiency in standard office software and legal research tools; familiarity with case management systems is an advantage.
- High ethical standards, professional integrity, and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
