This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Area Manager (Retail) located in Mandaluyong. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining adherence to company standards. The Junior Area Manager will also analyze business metrics, provide guidance and support to store teams, and ensure the implementation of company policies and promotions. The role involves creating strategies to enhance operational efficiency while fostering a positive work environment.

• Experience in the retail sector, with a focus on multi-store management
• Proven customer service and relationship-building expertise
• Sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage store teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Flexibility to travel to different store locations as required
