Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Architect to support the design and project management team in developing architectural and interior design solutions from concept through construction. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details
  • Develop test-fit layouts based on client requirements and space programs
  • Support design development and revisions based on reviews and client feedback
  • Prepare design presentations and basic visual materials
  • Coordinate drawings with MEPFS and specialist consultants
  • Assist in project coordination, site visits, documentation, and quality control
  • Support preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, quantity take-offs, and basic cost estimates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Open to newly graduated applicants or candidates with at least one (1) year of relevant experience
  • Exposure to design, construction, and project coordination is an advantage
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of Enscape, Revit, or Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time position
  • Office-based and site-based work
  • Reports to the office six (6) days a week
  • May be required to render overtime, weekend, or holiday work depending on project needs
