Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare AutoCAD (ACAD) drawings and layouts for company expansion and incoming projects.
- Create SketchUp perspectives and utilize updated computer-aided design software as needed.
- Prepare complete construction plans for building permit applications and project implementation.
- Conduct weekly on-site project inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
- Prepare updated construction reports and attend weekly construction meetings.
- Maintain and organize project documents, including meeting minutes and related records.
- Coordinate effectively with project contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Willing to work on-site in Bonifacio Global City and do field work.
