Junior Architect

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare AutoCAD (ACAD) drawings and layouts for company expansion and incoming projects.
2. Create SketchUp perspectives and utilize updated computer-aided design software as needed.
3. Prepare complete construction plans for building permit applications and project implementation.
4. Conduct weekly on-site project inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
5. Prepare updated construction reports and attend weekly construction meetings.
6. Maintain and organize project documents, including meeting minutes and related records.
7. Coordinate effectively with project contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Willing to work on-site in Bonifacio Global City and do field work.
