Role Overview
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a junior AI Specialist to help build and maintain AI agent workflows and automations that solve real operational problems. This is an entry-level, fresh graduate-friendly role: you'll work hands-on with AI agent frameworks under the guidance of senior team members, turning well-scoped business needs into working automations while building your track record.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Agent Development
- Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using tools such as LangChain, n8n, Zapier, or similar frameworks under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the integration of AI agents with internal systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and communication tools through APIs.
- Test and debug AI agent workflows, escalating complex issues to senior specialists as needed.
Solution Support & Communication
- Help translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into clear and functional automations.
- Communicate project progress, blockers, and technical limitations clearly to internal teams.
- Document workflows, prompts, and system logic to support maintainability and knowledge transfer.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Recruitment, and HR teams to identify simple automation opportunities.
- Work closely with AI Trainers and the AI Lead to support the adoption of new AI tools.
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for deployed AI agents.
Learning & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously build proficiency in emerging AI agent frameworks and automation tools through hands-on practice and mentorship.
- Monitor agent performance and identify issues or unexpected behavior.
- Contribute to internal documentation and best-practice guides for AI agent development.
Job RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in AI, automation, scripting, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong academic or personal projects involving AI tools, automation, or scripting are encouraged to apply.
- Foundational understanding of APIs, basic scripting, prompt engineering, and how AI tools can be integrated into automated workflows.
- Exposure to at least one AI agent or workflow automation tool, such as LangChain, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms, through coursework, personal projects, internships, or bootcamps.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and project implementations in clear, non-technical language.
- Curious, self-directed learner who is comfortable working with evolving requirements while receiving guidance and mentorship.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal projects, thesis work, or internship experience involving AI agents, chatbots, or workflow automation.
- Basic familiarity with Python or JavaScript.
- Exposure to responsible AI principles and data privacy fundamentals, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act (DPA) and National Privacy Commission (NPC) guidelines.
