We are partnering with a Digital agency business unit of an Australian marketplace serving the construction industry. They help businesses present their services through websites, capability statements, and other business content. They have established a Cebu team that works closely with the Australian team to deliver client projects.

As a Junior AI Content Specialist (Web and Editorial), you will play a central operational role in producing and delivering client work across our suite of website and marketing products. Working under the Agency Cebu Representative/Studio Lead, you will use AI tools to develop content, then review, edit, and prepare it for delivery. Based on site in Cebu during convenient daytime hours, you will enter business information, populate website pages and collections, prepare marketing documents, upload imagery, and make minor visual updates-focusing directly on website and business content to streamline client deliverables.

Your Impact

• AI Prompting & Content Development: Use client briefs, existing websites, and supplied business information to develop clear AI prompts for website copy and capability statements, refining prompts and outputs using approved workflows.

• Editorial Review & Content Quality: Review and edit AI-generated content for accuracy, grammar, tone, structure, and relevance-rewriting weak or generic copy, removing repetition, and ensuring services and locations match the brief.

• Source Verification & Fact-Checking: Verify business details and claims against supplied or approved sources, promptly flagging missing information, inconsistencies, and unsupported claims to the Studio Lead.

• Website & On-Page SEO Optimization: Review client websites to refine service and location content, improve headings and metadata, strengthen internal links, resolve duplication, and apply SEO, AEO, and GEO principles under guidance.

• CMS Data Entry & Basic Visual Updates: Enter business, service, and location data into Duda, update theme colors, upload/replace logos and images, and adjust layouts within approved website templates for mobile and desktop display.

• Capability Statements & Quality Assurance: Prepare capability statement content within templates, organize project details and imagery, and complete thorough pre-handover QA across all names, contact details, links, and formatting.

What You Bring

• The Experience: Graduate or early-career professional with up to 3 years of relevant writing, copywriting, editing, or web content experience (writing ability and attention to detail are prioritized over previous AI job titles).

• Technical Proficiency: Strong written English following Australian English style guidelines, practical familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools, and comfort with digital tools, CMS platforms (such as Duda), and data entry.

• Operational Discipline: Good editorial judgment to identify and improve inaccurate, repetitive, or generic AI output, paired with strong organizational skills to manage assigned deadlines and maintain production records.

• Communication Prowess: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow briefs, act on feedback, communicate updates to Cebu and Australian teams, and ask for clarification when needed.

• Desirable Exposure: Experience producing website copy, capability statements, or business writing; basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools like Semrush/Canva; or a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
