We're looking for a motivated graduate who is organised, proactive, and eager to learn. This is an entry-level position with structured training, detailed process guides, and clear workflows, making it an excellent opportunity for someone starting their professional career.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate member registrations and attendance for monthly networking events.
- Help ensure at least six attendees on specific events
- Provide general administrative and member support.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Assist in scheduling, email communications, and routine administrative tasks.
- Create and schedule social media content across various platforms.
- Help manage client's online presence by engaging with online communities, particularly within the property and real estate industry.
- Support content marketing initiatives to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Follow established processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality work
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident using social media platforms for business purposes.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Able to manage routine tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing social media pages (personal, academic, internship, or organisational).
- Interest in property, real estate, or business networking.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools
