Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Record daily sales transactions from multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Shopee,etc.)
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Perform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Monitor and track inventory costs and discrepancies
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Help manage payroll records and government compliance reporting (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
Assist with audits and tax filings
Coordinate with third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, accountants)
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records
Other administrative or accounting tasks as required
