Purpose of the Role:

To handle various daily accounting tasks like data entry, processing invoices (AP/AR), reconciling accounts (bank, general ledger), intercompany transactions, recording of capital expenditure, assisting with financial report preparation and tax compliance under senior supervision, ensuring accurate records, while adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company policies using SAP and ARIBA.

What You'll Do:

Submission of reports

  • Submission within the deadline
  • Accurate reports

Preparation of billings/invoices

  • Billing done within the prescribed deadline
  • Accurate billing

Account reconciliation

  • Reconciliation done within the deadline
  • Accurate reconciliation

Processing of payables

  • Invoices processed accurately and timely
  • Correct account titles and cost centers used

Preparation of accruals

  • Amounts accrued are correct and timely

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related course
  • At least 2 years work experience
  • Experience in Accounting Software
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Proficient in Excel/Powerpoint
  • Basic knowledge of IFRS

  • Able to identify discrepancies and solve problems
