Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records, processing of payments and reconciliation of accounts
- Monitor the accounts payable and receivables
- Preparation monthly budget and forecasting
- Work closely with Chinese counterparts and collaborate with different department to develop and maintain budget ensuring that financial goals align with overall business objectives
- Handle/process payroll
- Handle admin tasks, and HR functions
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting or any Business Related Course
- Good English communication skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (oral and writing, is a plus)
- At least 3 years of general accounting experience, preferably in the heavy equipment, construction, mining, accounting firm or logistics industry
- Knowledgeable BIR Compliance
- Keen to details
