Role Description The Junior Account Manager will support client relationships by assisting with account coordination, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on client requests and issues. This full-time hybrid role is based in Metro Manila, with a combination of onsite work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping manage client projects, tracking deliverables, preparing reports and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams such as consulting, support, and sales to meet client needs. The Junior Account Manager will also help identify opportunities for account growth, support the implementation of cloud business solutions, and monitor client satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to service quality.
Qualifications
  • Strong client service and relationship management abilities, including clear communication, responsiveness, and a collaborative working style.
  • Proficiency in basic business operations and processes (e.g., sales cycles, order-to-cash, or financial workflows) and interest in cloud-based business solutions.
  • Solid organizational, time management, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities accurately.
  • Competence in using productivity tools (e.g., office applications, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms) and learning new software quickly.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to help interpret client needs, identify issues, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Metro Manila, collaborating both onsite and remotely with global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Prior experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles is an advantage but not strictly required for motivated early-career candidates.
