Job Description

  • Collaborate build relationships with new and existing Clients
  • Have concise and current product, competitive and industry knowledge
  • Ensure that Client's requirements are met on a timely basis and according to the specified objectives – completed with high Client satisfaction
  • Assist Clients in identifying marketing opportunitiesHelp develop and secure approval for brand/communication strategy for Client's marketing programs
  • Lead client Project List Alignment meetings
  • Overall project management from planning, executing, and monitoring
  • Ensure content calendar creation
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and effectively prioritize deadlines and deliverables
  • Anticipate problems and issues, and identify effective solutions
  • Ensure submission of CE's to Clients that are accurate, complete and prompt
  • Manage brand partnerships as part of the projects, including identifying, vetting, and executing collaborative campaigns
  • Leads project preparation and presentationParticipation in brainstorming
  • Coordination with the strategic teamTeamwork monitoring
  • Manage media, production and regulatory requirements (FDA, DTI and ASC)
  • Coordination with digital strategic team
  • Collaboration for project reporting
  • Lead internals
  • Ensure that CE's are approved and signed before starting the project
  • Coordinate with Finance Department for accurate and timely project billing
  • Ensure that projects are executed profitablyGeneration of a profitability report per project

Job Type: Project Based (6 months minimum)

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Account Management
  • Experience with Advertising / Marketing Agencies is preferred
  • Experience with Strat Planning is preferred
