Role DescriptionThe Jr. Sous Chef will play a critical role in ensuring food quality, preparation, and presentation meet the restaurant's standards. Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety compliance, and creating an efficient work environment. The role involves collaborating with senior chefs to consistently deliver high-quality dining experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Laoag.
