Role Description In this full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, the Job Title will support the local operations of Global Water Solutions Ltd. by contributing to the efficient management of pressure vessel products and related services. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams and regional partners, maintaining accurate documentation and records, and assisting with order processing and customer support activities. The Job Title will help ensure that product information, technical details, and service standards are consistently communicated and adhered to, in line with company policies and quality requirements. The position will also require close collaboration with sales, logistics, and technical teams to meet customer needs and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or water treatment sectors, preferably with exposure to pressure vessels or similar technical products.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage documentation, schedules, and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort working with digital systems and databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Experience in a multinational or cross-cultural work environment is an advantage; knowledge of water systems, HVAC, or related technical fields is a plus.
