Job description:

The Jr. Sales and Marketing Associate value to the organization is measured through:

1. Generating sales,

2. Executing marketing initiatives,

3. Providing excellent customer service.

This is to support the branch's revenue growth and brand presence. The role involves both office and field work, client engagement, product presentation, and regular reporting to ensure sales targets and online & offline marketing objectives are met.

No Experience We Train!

The Trainor/Your Officer will help you build the necessary skills to achieved your goals.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or College Level
• Willing to be trained in Naga City
• Computer Literate like using MS office/ Canva
• Good typing speed
• Experience in sales is a plus but not required
• With Entrepreneurial Spirit that want to succeed in sales career
• Willingness and ability to do fieldwork
• Residing in Naga City or nearby Municipality
• Can start anytime

The pay may start low but as you progress to the next position the basic pay will increase. While the basic pay is low the company offers a BIG commission for every sales you make.

This position is career building. Once you have stable clients your career is secured.
