Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of technical proposals, Terms of Reference (TOR) analysis, cost estimates, and bid submissions for government (RA 9184) and private sector projects.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring schedules, deliverables, and project objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate with Geodetic, Geotechnical, Highway, Bridge, and other specialized consultants to ensure effective technical integration.
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance of feasibility studies, soil investigation reports, Detailed Engineering Design (DED) drawings, and other engineering deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with DPWH Design Guidelines, the National Building Code, LGU regulations, and other applicable engineering standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project quality and timelines.
- Serve as the primary technical representative for project coordination with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Registered/Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Experience managing government infrastructure projects, particularly in highway, bridge, geotechnical, and land surveying works.
- Strong knowledge of RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act) and DPWH Design Guidelines.
- Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
