STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (covering Knowledge and Skills, Problem Solving and Accountability)
Project Management
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of projects across all departments.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce project timelines to ensure timely delivery
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
Process Efficiency & Quality Systems
- Evaluate and monitor the efficiency of departmental processes
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Collaborate with department heads to align project goals with organizational priorities.
- Enforce accountability for timely execution of projects and deliverables.
- Facilitate communicating and problem-solving across departments to remove barriers.
Governance & Reporting
- Ensure all processes and policies are regularly reviewed, updated, and adhered to.
- Provide the Chief Executive Officer with timely updates on the progress of critical projects.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track project performance, efficiency metrics and compliance.
- Ensure efficient calendar coordination, high-quality written correspondence, and detailed meeting preparation as needed.
Client Project Management
- Ensures projects are planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with client requirements and expectations.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and within quality standards.
- Ensure department heads prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and for management
