Dynamix is an e-commerce enabler based in Quezon City, Philippines that helps brands grow and convert on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. We are a small, fast-moving startup team, which means you own real accounts from day one and see your impact in the numbers every week.
We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to help run our brand partners stores end to end.
What you will do
- Manage day to day operations for assigned brand accounts across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Plan and execute campaign calendars: platform vouchers, flash deals, bundles, and payday sales
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, and stock levels, then flag risks and opportunities before they become problems
- Coordinate with platform account managers to secure campaign slots and support
- Work with our live selling, content, and fulfillment teams to keep launches on schedule
- Prepare weekly and monthly client reports with clear recommendations, not just charts
- Join client calls and business reviews alongside senior KAMs
What we are looking for
- 1 to 2 years as a KAM, account executive, or store operations associate, preferably from an e-commerce enabler, distributor, or agency
- Hands on experience with at least one of Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, or TikTok Shop Seller Center
- Comfortable in spreadsheets: pivot tables, basic formulas, and reading a margin or P&L computation
- Strong written communication, since much of client trust is built over email and chat
- Organized under pressure, especially during double digit and payday campaigns
- Willing to work onsite in New Manila, Quezon City
Nice to have
- Live selling operations or paid ads experience (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Exposure to seller of record or reseller models
- Familiarity with an OMS or any order and inventory management tool
