Jr. Java Developer

We're Hiring: Jr. Java Developer (Contractual) – Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas

Join our team as a Jr. Java Developer under a contractual engagement and be assigned to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for developers who are eager to build and maintain enterprise-level Java web applications.

Work Setup:

• Client: Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
• Location: Full Onsite
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Employment Type: Contractual Engagement

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Java Web Programming
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture
• Experience with Java EE technologies, particularly JSF (required), as well as Spring, Struts, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSP, Servlets, and JavaBeans
• Experience working with DB2, Oracle, and/or SQL Server
• Proficient in development tools such as Eclipse, NetBeans, or Rational Application Developer
• Familiarity with JUnit for testing
• Experience with reporting tools such as Jasper Reports, BIRT, or Crystal Reports
• Knowledge of application servers including WebSphere, Tomcat, or GlassFish
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must successfully pass the interview and/or technical assessment
