This is a contract-based Jr IT Business Analyst role. The individual will work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, improve business processes, and support IT-related projects. Responsibilities include conducting analysis, documenting requirements, and providing support to project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Taguig, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and draw insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including understanding and defining business requirements
• Experience with Business Process improvement and optimization techniques
• Solid background in Information Technology and familiarity with IT project environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in tools and techniques relevant to business analysis is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role or project-based work is advantageous
