Responsibilities:
> Maintaining tax fixed asset ledger including:
- Monthly analysis of fixed asset activity
- Processing activity into fixed asset software (Sage)
- Printing monthly fixed asset reports
- Maintaining tax basis fixed asset rollforward
> Assist with making tax payments electronically on different jurisdiction online portals and providing account coding to Accounts Payable
> Maintaining tax payment summary to keep track of all tax payments made
> Assist with annual Form 1099 preparation, including:
- Quarterly review of vendor data with Accounts Payable
- Monitoring Global 1099 Outlook inbox
> Assisting with other ad-hoc income tax tasks on an as-needed basis, including:
- Reviewing and organizing tax mail
- Organizing income tax documents within SharePoint
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Tax and/or Accounting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Knowledge of PDI and Avalara helpful but not required.
- Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
- Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
