Jr. Functional Consultant

We are looking for a Functional Consultant – ERPNext to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of ERPNext solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERPNext modules and a strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP workflows.

This role will work closely with business users, project teams, and technical resources to ensure successful ERPNext implementation, testing, training, and post-go-live support. The position also provides opportunities to gain exposure to SAP modules and broader enterprise resource planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead in the implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting Inventory Management, HRIS, Payroll, and Projects.

● Lead in gathering business requirements and mapping them to ERP workflows.

● Help document functional specifications, training materials, SOPs, and user guides.

● Participate in system testing (UAT), bug tracking, and data migration activities.

● Assist in resolving user issues and escalating more complex problems to senior team members or developers.

● Support users during go-live and post-implementation phases.

● Perform basic configuration and data entry within ERPNext and provide feedback on usability or improvement areas.

● Stay updated on ERP best practices, features, and upgrades.

Qualifications:

● 1–3 years of experience working with ERPNext in a support or functional role.

● Basic understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, or SD is a plus.

● Strong interest in ERP systems and business process optimization.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Gain exposure to SAP modules by supporting data entry, documentation, or testing tasks as directed by the team.

● Must have experience with ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting Inventory Management, HRIS, Payroll, and Projects.

● Effective communication and documentation abilities.

● Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
