Jr. Full-Stack Developer
Location: One Ayala, Makati
Shift: Night Shift
Salary:₱25,000 – ₱35,000 per month
Join Globalco as a Junior Full Stack Developer and help build high-impact internal and client-facing systems used across international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications across front-end and back-end systems.
- Build reusable UI components and scalable APIs.
- Collaborate with designers, product stakeholders, and senior engineers on feature implementation.
- Debug software defects and improve application reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Optimize application performance, security, and usability.
- Support deployment workflows and production issue resolution.
- Learn modern engineering practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related STEM field. Equivalent self-taught experience with strong project output is acceptable.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Basic understanding of back-end development using Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to technical detail.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati City during night shift hours.
Preferred Attributes
- Personal portfolio, GitHub repository, or deployed project examples.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD workflows, or modern deployment pipelines.
- Strong curiosity toward AI-assisted software development tools.
- High learning velocity and strong execution discipline.
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving operational environments.
