Onsite (Iloilo Office): Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor, Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City

Hybrid (Makati Office): 9th Floor, Room 901 Vicente Madrigal Building - 6793 Ayala Avenue, Makati City

We are partnered with a leading Australian fire services company delivering design, installation, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems. We're looking for a Jr.Fire Estimator who can translate inspection results into clear, compliant quotations for dry fire system defects.

This role is ideal for early to mid-career professionals with hands-on exposure to fire protection systems, pricing, or technical support.

What you'll be working on:

• Review dry fire system defects raised by technicians in Uptick
• Prepare clear and accurate quotations for rectification works
• Develop scopes of work aligned with AS 1851 and manufacturer standards
• Ensure labour, materials, and compliance testing are accurately included
• Work closely with technicians, operations, and account teams
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and pricing data

What we're looking for

• At least 6 months relevant experience in fire protection systems, estimating, or quoting
• Background in dry fire detection and alarm systems
• Familiarity with brands such as Notifier, Ampac, Siemens, or similar (product knowl
• Basic to working knowledge of AS 1851 and Australian fire compliance (preferred, not required)
• Experience using Uptick or similar systems (preferred, not required)
• Strong attenton to detail and ability to manage multiple quotations
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Able to start as soon as possible
