Job Description

Reviews and checks accuracy of documents such as costing, quotation and completeness of layouts and other relevant documents of assigned projects
Works with sales teams in revising costing and quotation of assigned projects during conceptualization phase.
Reviews and rechecks accuracy of costing, quotation, and completeness of layouts and other relevant documents of assigned projects before processing of orders or production.
Computes mobilization charges for a project.
Computes service charges for after-sales services or additional charges for projects that are in work-in-progress.
Coordinates with internal departments in a timely manner in case of discrepancies
Secure the accuracy of projects to avoid delays
Ensure that production papers are processed and submitted to Logistics promptly for finalization of the order and scheduling of delivery.
Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Assess output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
Hands-on experience with MS Excel. Google Sheets
Knowledge in interpreting floor plans and cabinet working drawings is a PLUS
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
