Since 1996, they've grown into a full-service partner—designing immersive spaces, supplying trending and licensed merchandise, providing merchandising and training support, and offering inventory systems that keep operations seamless.

They're known for their Architects of Fun mindset: delivering experience-driven environments, creative fixture design, vibrant prize assortments and operational excellence to ensure their clients venues consistently attract and engage guests.

What You'll Do

• Utilizing SketchUp and AutoCAD to translate creative design concepts into accurate, construction-ready technical documents.
• Preparing detailed designs, specifications, and scale drawings in accordance with project requirements and measurements.
• Supporting the full-time designer in gathering client requirements, spatial planning, and developing presentation materials.
• Reviewing, verifying, and refining technical drawings to ensure the highest quality standards and adherence to building codes or ADA regulations.
• Interfacing regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including the Project Manager, to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Managing multiple drafting timelines and deliverables with strict consistency and organizational discipline.
• Incorporating constructive team and client feedback throughout the drawing and design revision processes.

What You Bring

• High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Experience with US-based architectural/drafting projects.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop) is highly preferred.
• Strong capability to produce highly accurate, scaled construction documents and technical specifications.
• Basic understanding of building codes, ADA regulations, and spatial construction methods.
• Keen attention to detail and a high commitment to drawing precision.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively alongside a designer.
• Analytical thinker and proactive problem solver capable of addressing design and construction challenges.
• Highly organized with the ability to self-start and manage multiple overlapping tasks independently.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven creative environment.
