Job Description

Location: Remote (occasional in-office, Manila or Cebu)

Schedule: US business hours (night shift PH time)

Type: Full-time

We are currently hiring for the following roles under the Sales Team:

 

• Senior Sales Development Representative

• Junior Sales Development Representative

Qualifications for Internal Applicants:

 

Senior Sales Development Representative:

  • Employee should have an average score of 3.0 for the past 6 months
  • 3+ years of B2B outbound sales / SDR experience
  • Strong cold calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting skills
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
  • Excellent English communication and consultative selling skills

Junior Sales Development Representative:

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience supporting the US market.
  • Strong preference for candidates with hands-on cold calling experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings with decision-makers.
  • Good verbal and written English — comfortable speaking with US, UK, and Australian prospects on the phone and via email
  • Phone confidence — willing and able to make high volumes of outbound calls and stay resilient through rejection
  • Coachability — open to feedback, eager to be coached, willing to practice scripts and role-play until they're sharp
  • Organized and self-motivated — can manage your own follow-ups, prioritize your day, and stay on top of multiple prospects simultaneously
  • Goal-oriented mindset — you want to hit targets, not just do activity for its own sake
  • Basic CRM familiarity — exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms is a plus and Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools (we'll train you on our stack)
