Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Carpentry, Interior Design, or related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
At least 5 years experience in managing joinery and granite/marble fabrication projects.
Proven experience leading a team and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, granite fabrication, and installation processes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and architectural plans.
Familiar with construction safety standards and quality management systems.
Experience with CAD software or project management tools.
A valid full Group 2 Driving License (Manual Transmission) and ability to travel to project sites as required.aaaa
