What Success Looks Like In This Role
In your first 3060 days, you will:
- Confidently handle customer interactions related to telco technical and billing concerns with accuracy and professionalism
- Navigate systems efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills to resolve customer concerns
- Consistently meet quality and productivity benchmarks set by the team
By 90 Days, You Will
- Independently manage complex customer concerns with minimal supervision
- Maintain strong performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, QA scores)
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers regarding telco, technical, and billing concerns
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and service inquiries
- Use available tools and resources to investigate and resolve issues effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all customer touchpoints
- Adapt quickly to process updates and changing customer needs
What Were Looking For
- High School / Senior High School graduate
- Billing and sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work on a shifting schedule and onsite in Davao
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
