Salary + Uncapped Commissions
Base pay with Commissions, the possibilities are endless!
What duties does a Dispatcher perform
A Dispatchers Duties Include
– Monitor Load Boards
– Posting Loads on internal system
– Managing In and Outbound phone calls
– Calling Current and New Potential Clients
– Collect and Produce proper documents
– Manage pickup and delivery deadlines with drivers
What kind of skill do we look for
Desired Skills In Areas Include
– Detail-oriented
– Clear verbal and written communication skills
– Strong Phone presence
– Strong Computer and Typing skills
– Multitasking
– Self Motivated
– Work well under pressure
– Experience In Telemarketing Preferred.
