Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Reservations & Ticketing Specialist to join our Travel & Hospitality team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers, assisting them with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and complex travel itineraries.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking Management: Process new flight, hotel, and car rental reservations accurately using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or internal booking platforms.
- Ticketing & Exchanges: Handle ticket issuance, re-issuances, cancellations, and refunds according to airline and company policies.
- Customer Support: Resolve traveler inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding travel requirements, visa information, and itinerary changes.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively manage travel disruptions, such as flight delays or overbooked hotels, by finding suitable alternatives for guests.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all traveler profiles and booking records are updated with 100% accuracy to prevent travel discrepancies.
Job Requirements
- Education: At least a High School or Senior High School graduate (as indicated in your post).
- Experience: Previous experience in a BPO travel account or a hospitality role is a major plus, though we are open to entry-level candidates with strong communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with travel booking tools or GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo) is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
