Java Web Developer

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java technologies. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and security best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or issues in development and production environments

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Java web development
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with frameworks like Angular or React (preferred)
• Experience with databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Git and version control best practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
