Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply analytical skills to identify root cause, resolve problems and deliver viable solutions independently
• Anticipate obstacles and execute proactive approaches to issues
• Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve operational efficiency or expand customer services by anticipating customer problems and recommending solutions

Qualifications:

• Degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science or related courses
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills
• Results-oriented and customer-service oriented
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Taguig
