Java Lead

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Java and Webflux.

• Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through rigorous testing and code reviews.

• Collaborate with other developers to integrate various system components seamlessly.

• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues to ensure smooth operation.

• Support and maintain deployed APIs, addressing production issues promptly as they arise.

• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.

• Lead the development team, providing guidance and mentorship.

• Debug and propose solutions for complex technical issues.

• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure their performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java and experience with Webflux.

• Experience with AWS Cloudwatch and AWS Xray for monitoring and debugging.

• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.

• Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.

• Knowledgeable in REST development.

• Experience with QA tests and ability to write unit tests.

• Familiarity with SonarQube for code quality analysis.

• Knowledgeable in Bitbucket for version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
