Experience in leading a team of java developers in development programs using core Java technologies incl. relevant frameworks like

Angular, ExtJs, Hibernate, Spring MVC Concepts , Spring Boot and Spring Batch Applications, Python

Excellent technical grasp on modern day application architecture such as micro-services development, RESTful Webservices etc.
Usage of GenAI IDE Extensions/Copilots for SDLC
Knowledge of DevOps/CICD automation.
Ability for stakeholder management, Excellent communication, and good attitude.
Extended IST working hours due to client base across Geographies
