Key of qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Java full stack development, building and maintaining web applications using Java 11+, Java EE, Spring/JPA (Hibernate), RESTful and JAX-WS web services, along with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience in backend development and system integration, including PostgreSQL/SQL database design, schema optimization, performance tuning, and secure configurations (SSL/TLS, LDAP, AD authentication).
- Skilled in application server configuration and optimization, including Apache Tomcat and JVM tuning, with experience supporting deployment, troubleshooting, and ensuring system performance and reliability in production environments.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor and support project and production activities across assigned systems and related applications.
- Receive, review, and process incident tickets from various sources, including email, vendor platforms, and internal systems.
- Manage tickets within the tracking system, including logging, updating statuses, and handling the lifecycle of incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation related to system support, incidents, and project activities.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce standard processes and procedures to improve support operations and efficiency.
- Prepare and provide regular status reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on assigned tasks, progress, and timelines.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in line with agreed deadlines.
- Continuously monitor system performance and track the status of ongoing incidents and issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth deployment of system updates.
- Facilitate and participate in change management processes, including Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities.
- Develop supporting tools or interfaces as needed to address operational or project requirements.
- Adhere to organizational development standards and practices, including DevOps principles such as version control, CI/CD, security, and compliance.
