Job Overview

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer / Analyst Programmer with strong Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) experience. The role will focus on application support, systems analysis, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, development, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across enterprise applications.
• Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into application specifications.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application or web-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system behavior and provide timely solutions.
• Analyze application logs and system metrics to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
• Assist with system updates, patches, enhancements, and implementation activities.
• Document findings, solutions, and technical processes for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
• Work independently and develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application development, systems support, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE).
• Experience in systems analysis, application design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with application lifecycle and support processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Java Standard Edition (Java SE).
• Spring Boot experience.
• Database design and application development experience.
• Experience analyzing application logs, system metrics, and performance issues.
