Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of existing Kotlin-based enterprise applications and understand system architecture and functionality.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA) to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production defects.
- Perform library upgrades, patching, and security fixes to address vulnerabilities and maintain system integrity.
- Develop and enhance backend features for UI-driven applications based on functional requirements.
- Write and execute comprehensive unit tests to ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
- Support continuous improvement of system performance, stability, and scalability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin development with deep understanding of frameworks and libraries.
- Strong experience in Java backend development using Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
- Hands-on experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of enterprise application development, debugging, and production support.
- Experience in code maintenance, security patching, and dependency management in production systems.
- Preferred experience in React.js development for supporting UI integration.
- Preferred strong Java development experience beyond backend maintenance.
- Preferred experience in Android application development and maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to code quality and testing.
