JAVA DEVELOPER

QUALIFICATIONS:

Has at least 1 year of experience as a Java Developer using Java Web Programming (Internship not counted)
Must be a graduate of any course related to Information Technology / Computer Studies
Understands the technical specifications and design, and translates it into program code
Develops web-based applications and implements features and functionalities using Java Programming Language
Has knowledge on architecture patterns especially MVC
Has experience in using web servers (WebSphere Application Server, Tomcat, Glassfish, etc.)
Able to present technical information to others with clarity, including small and large audiences
Flexible and Analytical
Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
