Java Backend Developer

Job Description:

Take over maintenance of existing system in Kotlin and understand the application

Work with BA to carry out troubleshooting and defect fixes for any production defects raised

Carry out library upgrades and security fixes for any vulnerability highlighted

Develop new features based on functional requirement for UI backend

Carry out thorough unit testing to ensure quality of code

Top 3 MUST have skills:

Strong proficiency in Kotlin development, with deep knowledge of framework and libraries like Spring Boot, Spring Data etc

Proficiency in Java backend development, with Spring boot and spring batch

Experience working with relational database like PostgresSQL.

Good to have skills:

Experience in React.js development

Experience in Java development is a strong bonus

Experience in developing and maintaining android application is a bonus
