Job Summary
- Responsible for driving the acquisition, relationship management, and growth of Japanese individual and corporate client, with a strong focus on expanding the Hexagon Club portfolio.
- Ensures delivery of tailored banking solutions aligned with the needs of the Japanese segment while contributing to overall branch performance and long-term business sustainability.
How will you contribute
- Proactively acquire and onboard affluent Japanese individual and corporate clients into our flagship Hexagon Club.
- Manage and scale client portfolios by deeply understanding their financial needs, business goals, and cultural nuances.
- Monitor competitive trends within the Japanese market segment in the Philippines to develop localized sales strategies.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor's degree in any Business course.
- Japanese national or Filipino with strong business-level proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese.
- At least 2 years of active sales experience in relationship management, preferably handling Japanese accounts.
- Strong grasp of the sales process, credit evaluation, and banking policies.
