- Work from Home
- Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod
- Mid Shift, Night Shift
- Plan and develop new tours
- Coordinate buses, guides, tickets, and travel logistics
- Manage bookings, schedules, and operational arrangements efficiently
- Resolve travel disruptions including delays, cancellations, and changes
- Support sales teams and agencies with product inquiries
- Prepare cost estimates for customized travel requests
- Monitor tour profitability and close monthly transactions
- Build strong relationships with partners and customers
- Fluent in Japanese (spoken, written, and reading)
- 0–1 year travel industry experience or relevant exposure
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication with global teams and partners
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
