Position: Japanese Source-To-Contract Specialist

Work Schedule: Day shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (2-3 Days work from home a week)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino candidates who have business-level to fluent proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese.
JLPT N1-N3 passers and non-passers are welcome to apply
Bachelor's degree holder in any field a background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
Strong skills in supplier negotiation, contract drafting, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal and Compliance
At least 2 years above experience in Procurement, Source to Pay, Purchasing, Buyer, or any related experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day-to-day sourcing events, price and contract negotiations, and contract drafting and execution for Japanese business operations.
Engage with Japanese stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with agreed Service Levels.
Maintain strict compliance with applicable legal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal corporate policies in Japan.
Partner across teams to design and execute procurement strategies, using market insights and risk analysis to drive local business profitability.
Continuously improve user experience, process efficiency, and operational effectiveness across assigned workflows.
Support the implementation of automation and AI solutions to optimize procurement processes.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal Japanese business partners and external suppliers to support their key goals.
Mentor team members and collaborate closely with fellow Source-to-Contract specialists.
