JOB REQUIREMENTS:
JLPT N2 level (certification is a plus)
Proficient in English language.
Graduate of a 4 year course, related to Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent is an advantage.
Having experience in procurement for at least 2-3 years.
Having leadership experiences for at least 2-3 years.
Knowledgeable in market trend or has background in supply chain management.
JOB Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the annual procurement plans in Japanese and budget aligned with company, department, and section objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate Japanese-related procurement and supply chain risks while driving continuous process improvements.
Analyze root causes of procurement issues, recommend solutions, and lead decision-making
Manage Japanese supplier, service provider, and Japanese stakeholder relationships to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery and problem-solving initiatives.
Monitor procurement market trends, risks, pricing, and opportunities to improve procurement performance.
Serve as the Japanese speaker primary point of contact for procurement-related legal and compliance matters within the organization.
Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, bid evaluation, quotation analysis, contract review, and contract lifecycle management.
Negotiate with Japanese vendors and Japanese service providers to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
