JOB REQUIREMENTS: ※ JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-Passer. ※ Open to Male or Female ※ Excellent English communication skills is a big plus. ※ Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development in the retail industry or at a real estate company is a big advantage ※ Bachelor's Degree or undergraduate applicants with experience in the related role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ※ Visit and conduct property area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, and sales estimation. ※ Negotiate with Filipino / Japanese managers regarding leasing and contract terms including the discussion of construction and asset classifications ※ Create competitor Analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends and rival strategies. ※ Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations ※ Work with the other department to boost the stores on social media and collaborate with other departments to make sure our current locations stay successful.
