1. Instructional Delivery
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities for Japanese Language (A1) following TESDA standards and the approved curriculum.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes that promote listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Japanese.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to learners.
- Ensure implementation of effective teaching strategies
- Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
- Coordinate with FIRST College management regarding schedules, student progress, and any concerns that may affect training delivery.
2. Student Assessment and Support
- Design and administer quizzes, assignments, and practice activities to evaluate student competencies.
- Prepare students for formative and summative assessments
- Provide consultation and academic support to learners, as needed.
3. Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and updated class records, attendance sheets, and grade reports
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and ethical standards as required by FIRST College policies.
