ðŸ¢Open to N1 and N2 passers or non-passers
ðŸ¢No JLPT certificate required
ðŸ¢Proficient in speaking Japanese and English
ðŸ¢Must be at least a business level of Japanese
ðŸ¢College undergraduates are welcome to apply.
ðŸ¢Ability to plan, strategize and prioritize workload
ðŸ¢With Customer Service Experience (Voice Calls)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ðŸ¢Responsible for Data management and reporting activities
ðŸ¢Monitor databases to identify which Japanese client contracts are set to expire
ðŸ¢Support team in renewals of contracts for existing clients
ðŸ¢Handle administrative onboarding of new clients
ðŸ¢Conduct interactions between company clients and vendors
ðŸ¢Maintain the corporate clients data to ensure the status of every Japanese contract is updated in real time.
