About the role:

You will become an integral member at the forefront of our Client Services and Japanese Marketplace platforms, cultivating enduring relationships through thoughtful and personalised care. Articulate the maison's story and exciting product universe through copy synonymous with the voice of MAISON de SABRÉ. 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact to manage and respond to all Japanese customer enquiries across email, marketplace, social media, and relevant communication channels in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Guide clients through our diverse product collections and identify opportunities to enrich their personal collections and cultivate brand loyalty. 
  • Provide marketplace support, primarily but not limited to product uploads, ongoing optimisation and maintenance on the platform for maximum product visibility and performance.

Requirements:

  • Japanese and strong English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • A strong motivation to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the team's success. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Preferred experience in a Japanese communications role.
  • Strong digital proficiency, comfortable in utilising technology and navigating multiple systems. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of Japanese culture, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • A genuine interest and passion for the luxury market.
